- Not have visited the property before contacting Brian Lemer with Findit, or registering with My-Houston-Apartment.com.
- Your rental rate* must be at least $650.00
- You must sign at least a 6-month lease to be eligible for the free move or rebate offer.
- You must have never before lived in the community where you lease.
- You must not be moving from a sister property.
- All Rebate requests must be submitted via our Rebate Request Process within 60 days of your lease start date
